Fruit, lemon and Polenta Cupcakes

Happy New Year to everyone. It is ages since I baked and did a post. Well I have tried out some recipes which would normally be for big cakes to see how they would work as cupcakes.
This one above is for a fruit , polenta and lemon cupcake. It is great for those who do not like butter cream.
It has potential for being topped with lemon butter cream, lemon curd or glace fruits. I will follow up with the recipe asap.
