These are a chocolate version of spring cupcakes. Make chocolate cupcakes and top with chocolate buttercream. I use butter, icing sugar and organic cocoa all mixed together. Spread on top of a cupcake and top with simple bought flower decorations.Labels: Spring Cupcakes

I live in the North of England.I used to teach Art and creative textiles but now I am retired with my husband. I enjoy making all types of food. Making cupcakes and decorating them I find very creative. Cupcakes is my main interest but I also post recipes for Soup, Casseroles, Chutney, Pasta and Salads on the links on the top left. I like to eat healthly and share these recipes. Soon I will start a Healthy eating Diet Blog to combine all my recipes for a Healthy Life style diet including recipes ,nutrition and weight loss. I have just discovered cupcakes myself and had absolutely felt for them!!! there is something very fullfilling about find out a nice recipe and making it yours!! by the way, as you are at the UK (I live in London) I was wondering whether would u mind letting me know where is it that you buy those beautiful tin liners, the ones that r a bit thicker on the top. I am 11 and 4 my B-day I got this brill cupcake recipe book. So far I have made Lemon, raspberry, chocolate chip,and WALNUT (mmmmmmm!)cupcakes. They were all delicious and I recommend raspberry cupcakes, but you can use any frozen berry, from cranberries to blueberries. I was just surfing the net for ideas and I found this site - it is great!
