To make these
cumin cupcakes I made a
basic cupcakes recipe but with the addition of 1 large teaspoon of ground cumin to the mixture with the flour.
I then made basic butter cream but I added a teaspoon of ground cumin to the butter and sugar mixture. I spread the mixture onto the cupcakes. They could be piped. I added grated orange rind to decorate and fresh pieces of satsumas and fresh orange to the top of the cupcake. I sprinkled ground cumin over the cupcakes.
This is a tasty spicy cupcakes recipe that would go well with an Asian theme meal or event.
