These are a chocolate version of spring cupcakes. Make chocolate cupcakes and top with chocolate buttercream. I use butter, icing sugar and organic cocoa all mixed together. Spread on top of a cupcake and top with simple bought flower decorations.Labels: Spring Cupcakes

Well it is ages since I did some Cupcake Posts and I have started to get withdrawal symptoms! So I decided to make some cupcakes. It is raining here in the UK and a good day for baking. So I made cupcakes as well as some old favourites ginger cake and fruity polenta cake. The Spring cupcakes are for friends . They are basic vanilla cupcakes with lemon icing and some decorations from Tesco. Quick easy to do and pretty as well as tasty.Labels: Spring Cupcakes

I live in the North of England.I used to teach Art and creative textiles but now I am retired with my husband. I enjoy making all types of food.
