Outstanding!! Tried different pans and my Lioyd pans Detroit pizza pan was the clear winner. I made sure to have the cheese tucked in a bit on the sides. My family likes it better than Detroit style. The dough it very light. Maybe because I my sure it was highly hydrated. I am going to give my grown kids the pan and tell them they must make this!!
