This crust is a REVELATION. I’ve made various versions of Jim Lahey’s, Alexandra’s, and Kenji’s and this one is perfectly crispy on the outside with a fluffy interior. Only problem, I used this crust for a traditional pepperoni mushroom onion etc and 30 minutes was way too much. Should I start crust and sauce then add cheese and other toppings for last 20 minutes. THIS CRUST!!
