This was very good. I was a little hesitant because we’ve never really had artichokes, and my husband was very skeptical, but he actually went back for seconds! I made the dough and refrigerated it in the cooking pan after it had risen. Later I added the toppings and stuck it all back in the fridge till it was time to preheat oven, then let it set out while till the oven was hot. I don’t like fussing with things right before dinner so this timing worked out great!!! I can see the possibility for so many different toppings on this crust.
