My kids distrust artichokes and would never choose to eat anything with them, but this was a HUGE hit. So glad I followed the suggestion to double it! And not at all sad my failure at reading comprehension led me to make extra spinach pesto! Yum. Another absolute classic and family fave, thanks Deb.
